Priscilla G. Sweeney, Chief of Contracting Office USACE, Memphis District presents to us on Federal Project Development.

Ms. Sweeney serves as Chief, Contracting Division, responsible for acquiring all necessary commodities in support of the Memphis District's mission and missions in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the state of Louisiana. She has served as Chief of Contracting for the Memphis District since November 2011 and has been in Federal Service for over 33 years. Ms. Sweeney began her career when she enlisted into the Air Force. Where she retired as the Chief of Contracting for the 164th Airlift Wing in 2015.
